Demivie
Demivie is a traditional three-story townhouse located in the heart of the picturesque village of Serra. Just a few steps from the property, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Gulf of Poets. On the ground floor, you will find a cool and welcoming communal space, ideal for storing your beach or hiking equipment.
On the first floor, the Aria room will welcome you with its black and white style and private bathroom, offering everything you need after a day at the beach or an adventure by boat or bicycle. On the second floor, you will find the Terra room, with its warm and relaxing colors, also equipped with a private bathroom and a double bed. Additionally, there is the Acqua room, on two levels, specially designed for younger guests, with a double bed and a staircase leading to the bathroom.
On the top floor, that's where I live! I will always be at your disposal for any needs or curiosities you may have. In the morning, we will delight you with a breakfast in your room, with packaged products, or you can enjoy it in the charming Church Square, admiring the panoramic view of the Gulf of Poets, at the Evora Café.
We are environmentally conscious and, therefore, provide you with shower gel and shampoo dispensers, eliminating plastic inside all rooms. We love the place we live in and want to preserve it in the best way possible!

In the morning, you can enjoy a delightful breakfast conveniently in your room, with a choice of packaged products and hot beverages. Alternatively, you can indulge in breakfast at the Evora café, where you can admire a magnificent view of the Gulf of Poets.
This wonderful part of the world that I have dreamed of so much reflects my outlook on life. Here, the passing of time is not important, nor is any need: the pleasure of contentment is normal, because from dawn to sunset, everything that surrounds you is like an indescribable postcard. For this very reason, I wanted to give the rooms the names of three essential elements.
AIR: because you will be breathless in front of the landscapes that nature offers us. Forget about the typical winter or rainy autumn.
EARTH: when you find yourself suspended between the sea and the sky, along the paths of the hinterland, effort will become a joy to share.
WATER: the place where everything began. We are part of it, just like the color of my first-born daughter Vittoria's eyes, which reminds me of how deep and fragile the sea is.
I live on the toop floor..FIRE is the passion that drove me to live here.

The First Hill, an ideal place to start exciting bike or walking routes, is located just 800 meters on foot from the lively main square of Lerici. Furthermore, it is in proximity to the splendid Fiascherino beach and the enchanting Eco del Mare. Just 100 meters from the property there is a bus stop, which will allow you to reach Lerici in a few minutes. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the Cinque Terre and Portovenere, starting from the picturesque port of Lerici thanks to the available ferries.
